Scholarship Application
For Visual & Performing Arts and Academic Achievement
The Justin Carr Wants World Peace (JCWWP) Foundation Scholarship is awarded annually to deserving grade school students who have demonstrated excellence and promise in the areas of visual arts, performing arts and/or academic achievement.
Application Process & Eligibility
- Students in grades 7th through 12th are eligible.
- Completed Scholarship Application Form (Incomplete applications will not be considered).
- A photo of the applicant. (To be used for publicity purposes if scholarship awarded.)
- Scholarship amounts TBD. Awardee(s) will be notified no later than May 31, 2025.
- All awarded funds will be paid directly to the designated not-for-profit organization on behalf of the scholarship recipient.
- Signed attached Parent or Guardian Consent Waiver authorizing JCWWP to use student’s name, photo, and information for its own publicity purposes. JCWWP will not sell or distribute this information for unauthorized commercial use.
Deadline For Submissions
- Applications must be submitted via email no later than 11:59 pm on May 1, 2025.
- Applications are to be completed via the 6-part online form below.
- If you do not have the online ability to complete your application, please get in touch with the JCWWP Scholarship Committee at 424-257-5297 no later than April 26, 2025.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
